RokomSokom.com (“আমরা”, “আমাদের”)–এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা বা এখান থেকে পণ্য অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অর্ডার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে সম্পূর্ণ শর্তাবলী ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।
১. সাধারণ তথ্য
RokomSokom.com একটি অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্ম যেখানে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থান থেকে শাড়ি ও সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য কেনা যায়। এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর, অথবা আপনি আইনগত অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে সাইটটি ব্যবহার করছেন।
আমরা যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিবর্তনের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে তা নতুন শর্তাবলীর প্রতি আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি পণ্যের ছবি, বর্ণনা, দাম ও তথ্য সঠিকভাবে দেওয়ার জন্য। তবে:
- আলোর পার্থক্য বা স্ক্রিনের কারণে রঙে সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।
- মাপ বা কাপড়ের বর্ণনা আনুমানিক হতে পারে।
- সকল তথ্য ১০০% নির্ভুল হবে—এমন নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া যায় না।
৩. অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি
- সকল অর্ডার পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
- লোকেশন ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি সময় ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
- কুরিয়ার দেরি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, হরতাল বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে কোনো কারণে বিলম্ব হলে তার দায় আমাদের নয়।
৪. পণ্য যাচাই নীতি (অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ)
ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সময় কাস্টমারকে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য চেক করতে হবে।
ড্যামেজ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে তা সাথে সাথে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে জানাতে হবে।
৫. রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড নীতি
- ডেলিভারির পর কোনো ত্রুটি বা ভুল পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে ক্রয়ের ৩ (তিন) দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
- ৩ দিনের পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
- ৩ দিনের পর কোনো রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে না।
রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের জন্য অবশ্যই দিতে হবে:
- অর্ডার নাম্বার
- পণ্যের স্পষ্ট ছবি বা ভিডিও
- সমস্যার সংক্ষিপ্ত বর্ণনা
সব অভিযোগ আমাদের টিম যাচাই করার পর চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হবে।
৬. তিন দিনের পর কোনো রিফান্ড নয়
পণ্য ডেলিভারি বা ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ৩ দিন পার হয়ে গেলে,
যেকোনো কারণেই হোক (পছন্দ না হওয়া, মন পরিবর্তন ইত্যাদি), কোনো রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৭. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)–তে উল্লেখ করা।
- মূল্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
- পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হলে অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হবে না (যদি Cash on Delivery না থাকে)।
৮. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন:
- ভুল বা মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান করবেন না।
- কোনো ধরনের প্রতারণা বা অপব্যবহার করবেন না।
- সঠিক ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা দেবেন।
সন্দেহজনক বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ ধরা পড়লে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
৯. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
RokomSokom.com দায়ী থাকবে না:
- পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য।
- পণ্য ভুলভাবে ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য।
- কুরিয়ার বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবাজনিত সমস্যার জন্য।
আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায়বদ্ধতা কোনো অবস্থাতেই পণ্যের মূল্যের বেশি হবে না।
১০. কপিরাইট ও মালিকানা
এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট (লোগো, ছবি, লেখা, ডিজাইন) RokomSokom.com–এর সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।

- Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
- If any defect or wrong product is discovered after delivery, the customer must inform us within 3 (three) days of purchase.
- Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.
- After 3 days, no refund, return, or replacement will be provided under any circumstances.
To request a return or replacement within 3 days, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
All claims are subject to verification by our team.
- No Refund After Three Days
Once 3 days have passed from the purchase or delivery date (whichever is earlier), no refund or return will be applicable, even in case of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or minor issues.
